1. Overview

Depto Flow Data Migration Tool is committed to protecting your financial data privacy. This migration tool operates strictly to convert financial CSV files from third-party applications into Depto Flow-compatible formats.

2. Processing & Storage

Your uploaded CSV files are processed in temporary memory to generate your Depto Flow file. We do not permanently store, read, or analyze your transaction descriptions, contact names, bank details, or financial amounts.

3. Temporary File Lifecycle

Uploaded CSV files and generated output files are assigned cryptographically random tokens and automatically purged from the server filesystem immediately after download or within one hour.

4. Analytics & Metrics

We log only aggregate, non-personal system statistics (such as total completed conversions and selected app types) to ensure server stability. No personal or financial records are ever included in logs or analytics.
