Step 2: Export File

Export your Income Expense app data

Export your Excel (`.xls` or `.xlsx`) data file directly from the Income Expense daily app on your phone.

Open the Income Expense app on your phone.

Go to the Transactions screen.

Click on the Menu button.

Click on the "Report" option.

When the popup opens, select "Excel" to download your spreadsheet file.

Payment Methods Auto-Standardization: All raw account names are automatically normalized into strictly Cash or Online payment options for Depto Flow.
Step 3: Upload Export File

Select or drag & drop the XLS, XLSX file exported from Income Expense app.

How to import into Depto Flow app

  1. Save the downloaded CSV file to your mobile device.
  2. Open the Depto Flow app on your phone.
  3. Go to Settings → Data Management → Import CSV.
  4. Select Daily Income & Expense format.
  5. Choose your downloaded file to finish importing!
